INCOMPLETE RIGHT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK (IRBBB):

A minor electrical delay in the conduction pathway that sends impulses down the right side of the ventricles.

•IRBBB Criteria:

•QRS = 0.11 sec.

•QRS upright in V1 and V2 (terminal portion) (often rSR’).

•S waves in V5, V6, 1 and/or aVL.
