Reversing the position of 2 limb lead electrodes.

•Most common: Left arm/right arm reversal.

•ECG characteristics:

•aVF appears normal.

Lead 1 appears upside down.

•Leads 2 and 3 are switched in position on the ECG.

•Leads aVR and aVL are switched in position on the ECG.
