ISOELECTRIC:

The overall amplitude of an ECG complex is zero. This can occur if the complex is flat (on the baseline) or if the upward [positive] part of the complex is equal to the downward [negative] part of the complex (e.g. a complex that has an upward and downward portion of equal height and width).
