LEFT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK (LBBB):

An electrical delay or blockage in the conduction pathway that sends impulses down the left side of the ventricles.

•LBBB Criteria:

•QRS > 0.12 sec.

•QRS down going V1 and V2.

•QRS upright V5, V6, 1 and/or aVL.
