POOR R WAVE PROGRESSION (PRWP):

 

 

An R wave in lead V3 < 3 mm tall.

PRWP may indicate an anterior wall myocardial infarction, but can also be caused by a normal variant, bundle branch blocks, left and right ventricular hypertrophy and preexcitation (Wolff Parkinson White), and abnormal lead placement.
