RIGHT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK (RBBB):

An electrical delay or blockage in the conduction pathway that sends impulses down the right side of the ventricles.

•RBBB Criteria:

•QRS > 0.12 sec.

•QRS upright in V1 and V2 (terminal portion).

•S waves in V5, V6, 1 and/or aVL.
